The main focus of my therapy is person-centred counselling, though I also use elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) if my client requires it. This aligns with my philosophy of therapeutic work, in which the counselling process is geared to meeting the client from their own perspective.
Having previously worked as a counsellor in London, I moved to South Gloucestershire in January 2015 where I now work from a purpose-built counselling room in Frampton Cotterell, just north of Bristol. In addition, I also work from BS2 Therapy Rooms located in central Bristol.
I counsel clients from a diverse sector, and covering a wide range of areas, including self-esteem, confidence, depression, self -harm, relationships and sexuality.
I also have experience in counselling members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Trans-Gender and Questioning Community. Areas of exploration might include confidence, stigma, acceptance and relationships.
My standard fees are £45 per hour.
Reduced fees are available with proof of entitlement.
